Return Eligibility and Period

You may request a return for an item purchased from Iuterjn Dfh within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original parts, accessories, tags, and packaging included.

Original Packaging:
Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. The packaging should be in reasonable condition and securely packed to help prevent damage during shipping.
